If you subscribed to a paid plan, you have 10 calendar days from the purchase to change your mind, at no cost, with no penalty and without having to explain why. We refund everything you paid, using the same payment method (art. 34 of Argentine Law 24.240, arts. 1110 to 1113 of the Civil and Commercial Code, and Resolution 424/2020 of the Secretariat of Domestic Trade).
How to request it
You don't need to log in. Send us an email with the subject “Withdrawal” from the address you used to create your account:
Within 24 hours we reply with an identification code for your request. The subscription is canceled at that moment, and the refund is made through the same method you paid with.
Canceling the subscription
After the 10 days, you can cancel your paid plan whenever you want, with no minimum term, from the Your plan page inside the app, through the same channel and with the same steps you used to subscribe (art. 10 ter of Law 24.240). The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Your projects and files aren't deleted: the account moves to the Free plan.
